We have been continually pleased and impressed with your professionalism, dependability, courtesy and especially the the flexiblility you have extended to us with our varied schedules and last minute calls. Not to mention we do not have to be concerned with different people we do not know or trust entering our home on a rotation as with other services.
 
Our dogs are rescue animals and on that "scary" breed list. They need someone who cares, is consistent (same person) and is understanding towards them; especially the puppy, and you are without a doubt the right person. The note system you have is an excellent way to communicate and much appreciated.

Thank you for all your assistance with Gagarin.  His coat has never looked so shiny black, your grooming is meticulous.  I appreciate that you help me lunge and tack him up on top of taking such good care of him.

Thank you for taking such great care of my animals.  Lucky and Bullwinkle, LOVE the attention you give them everyday (sometimes two or three times a day).  The care and attention you give them while you are grooming them,  is so apparent in their response to your presence.  Lucky is so calm when you are near him, your reassuring voice and relaxed nature, helps his state of mind.  And Bullwinkle isn't as much of a bully when you are with him, he has become a more gentle giant.  I can't tell you how impressed I was when I saw momma kitty come right up to you.  She has never done that with a complete stranger before and it tells me a lot about your character that she trusts you immediately.  Spot the newest barn kitty, took to you the first day he came into our barn, he loves you to pieces.

Your attention with Dakota, has helped me a lot.  She doesn't pull on her leash anymore when I walk her.  Thank you for your time and patience in working with her to overcome that bad habit.  She gets very excited when you come to take her on her walks.

I am also grateful for your flexibility.  With my ever changing work schedule, it is nice to know that I can count on you to help out at a moments notice.

I just wanted you to know that I really appreciate you!

We want to personally thank you for the personal care, attention and affection you have given to our Dugan and Lucy!  It is so comforting to know that you are there every day.  In the back of my mind I used to stress all day about how they were, what they were doing, if they needed anything etc.  It is a great relief to know they are cared for during the long and what can be a very lonely day.  But more than that, I appreciate the caring and detailed notes that are left each day.  The updates on how the dogs are feeling (especially), what they ate, if they went potty etc. are all very important things to know.   The notes are written in detail and with humor and I love that!  You and your service are very important to us and will refer anyone we know to you!  You are the best at what you do Lauree!

Her name is Lauree Wagner. I have a horse and I went on a ten day trip this last April. Which I hate to do because then I worry about my horse. I am presently at Uukle Farm and that is where I met Lauree. She has several client's here including me. Her approach on taking care of animals is like someone being hired to baby sit children. She is very detailed in the care she gives each animal and what there needs are. When she approaches each horse or any other animal she is always cheerful and calls them by name.  While grooming the animals she make them feel comfortable and special sometimes she even holds conversations with them. Like we all do with our animals after all they are like part of ones family. I don't worry any more going out of Town when I know Lauree is taking care of Darius. So when you need a pet sitter you would be very lucky to have Lauree Wagner take care of your pet.

No one loves my dogs more than I do.  Now I am not so sure.  Not only does Lauree do a fantastic job taking care of my Lab and Dachshund, but they look forward to seeing her.  All I have to say to them is "Lauree's coming over!" and they dance around like they were both given injections of caffeine.  Once she gets to my house, there's a good five minutes of bedlam.  The Lab can't stop herself from jumping on Lauree and the Dachshund hops around like a circus dog.  I would never consider having anyone take care of my dogs other than Lauree.  She's the best!
